Long long time didn't blog...really *paiseh* ler yea...
OK..first of all, let me explain why I was in such a hurry on the other day...hehe...
That day, I was being in headache and bad mood...
I was trying to think so hard that where I could go to stay away from my computer...
Was thinking so hard...and in the end...I found it, it was my grands' home.
I-D-E-A-L!!!
No internet access and no computer.
What a brilliant idea to have thought of that, and immediately I packed my things and off I go to my grands' home, and I only manage to leave a few words behind... =P
OK...OK...reason is simple, what else could make me headache???
It is when exams is at the tip and I am still not yet get enough preparations....
Well...I'll crazy because of that!
So, I better concentrate and on whatever I need to do...and the first thing to do is to STAY AWAY FROM COMPUTER!!
And, came back on thursday night...things just go on fine =)
========STORY 2===
Let me record my breakthrough!!
hah!!
That day, I was driving and sitting beside me is my friend lar...hehe...and, we are chatting all the way....
But, this time, don't know what happen??
I drive over the junction even it is RED LIGHT!!
Of course, I got honked by cars....then, only WE realized that we had ran over a red light stop.
GOSH!!
I think, I'm having colour blind at SOME TIME

Whatever....總算有驚無險 .. hehe...
===========STORY 3==
That day, went to TM Point, which is a local broadband service centre, as I need to pay for the bill...but, shit, I forgot to bring the bill!!
Well...I was thinking, it shall be alright, as they are having computer system and by just hitting a few buttons they can just simply get all my details and I can get my bills paid and I can go for shopping. *in a very happy mood*

But, who knows, when I got there, I saw A LOT of people are there...so, I don't care, immediately, I go get my number and get seated to be called for my turn.
The number I got is: #1251 and, now it is just serving #1201

But, never mind lar....

Then, I walked around and saw an e-Kiosk machine, which mean, I can pay it right there and then, but, too bad, I can't cuz' I don't have the bill with me and I don't know my service account number.
This is really bas**rd!!
OK..I have no choice but to sit there patiently and wait for my turn...

It went on and on for waiting for about 20minutes or so, finally it is my turn *yay*
Immediately I go to the counter and tell the person that I wanted to pay but didn't bring he bill along. then, she told me to go to the front counter and get the bill from the personnel there. I told her: "alright"
And, off I went there, but, this is so stupid, a SUPER DUPER LONG QUEUE there *.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.
So many are there...and, after 5minutes of queuing there, I get to know, why is it that this is a super long queue:
the ONE AND ONLY ONE counter is serving for customers with:
- re-printing bill
- re-activating account that had been suspended
- customers services, which means, whatever the customers want to ask, there they go!!
- opening new account
- activating account for those had registered at the counters
See??
And the counter only having one person and one computer to do this...
Whereas, inside, there are as much as 10 counters and each person is having one computer with them too.
So, why must all the things gotta pass to the only one person at the front desk to do all the things???
And you know what??
The person who is sitting at the front desk, is with the tag: "I'm a Trainee, please be patient with me"
Well...of course, I'll be patient with her, and I'm pitying her as well!!
A trainee, doing all those things whereas those seniors are sitting inside and passing her all the things????
And, what make me o frustrated is that there is another girl sitting beside her, but she is not doing anything. Oh c'mon, I know you don't have a computer to work with, but, at least you can help to arrange things better for her and make her life easier... :rolleyes:
But, no...she is sitting there just exactly like a WOOD!!
I thnk, a wood is better than her, at least a wood, if I burn it, it still give me fire, but, that girl...I was like want to slap at her face can!!

So, I was like queuing in the line for about another 20minutes...
So, that had taken me 40minutes at this stupid place!!!
Then, after the paying, get everything done, I end up in that stupid centre for about an hour, just to pay a bill...
I know, it was my fault to have not bring my own bill...but, "hello??"
they have computers!!!!!
They're not working manually anymore, whereas the files and details of each customers is stored in the cabinet, and I need to get to different counters to get my details and then back to pay and so on...
They have COMPUTERS!!
Which means, everything can be done in one counter, why must they differentiate again???
When a new trainee at the front desk is doing all things, why must those seniors only deal with payments???
And, that trainee is with no senior guiding her, plus a partner is sitting like a block of wood!!!
OK...this is shit and this is Malaysia!!
everyone here is just so stupid and lazy!!
and, the best is not to use their brain...so, most of the time, they'll just keep their brain at their home's refrigerator...
So, when I am going off, I asked that trainee, is there any place I can complain or make suggestions. OK...I know after a hectic work like this, when again asked by a client this question, would have a shock...
Then, I told her, I am not complaining her, as I understand her situation, only she gives me smile =)
But, I really gotta complain, the best is that I can straight get to the customers service manager, but, his room is empty...so, he must be away somewhere...
The poor thing is, when I pass that trainee desk again, I saw a sign, that place she is sitting is a RECEPTIONIST.
haha....
receptionist....I am really sorry for her...
You know what..a long long queue there...and, she was asking her partner to look for the thing for me, and her stupid partner is a deaf, I guess....she can't hear her...and, all she did is she wanted to get up and ask for me...
Well, looking at the long queue, I told her to get back to her work, I can go ask myself...
See???
How am I suppose to stay in this country when even a simple thing is made into like a "Mission to Mars"??
I am definitely to write the complaint letter to the person in-charge there, but, how he is going to reply or what action he is going to take, none of my business...as, I won't make any payment at there anymore, as I am going to bring the account number with all the time, so that I can pay at the machine and it is fast and simple....and the most important thing is that...NO QUEUING
==STORY 4========
Recently, get to know a lot of friends...and all of them are from China.
I'm practicing my Chinese with them...of course, I mean my words...
I can speak 5 different chinese dialects, and I don't have to learn how to talk again...but, learning how to read is very important!!
And, they're so willingly to help me!! =)
Let me recall....who I had known...
- Caroline from ChongQing (who is now my good friend in China =) )
- 琳琳 and 柔柔 from 貴州
- 慧慧 from 台洲 (if not mistaken...as, I am not sure...hehe) but, we get to have a nice chat these few days
